Built on the money, not around it
A register tells you what you sold. It cannot tell you what you are owed, what the insurer actually paid, what is short, what to pay your sub-agents after TDS, or what to claw back when a policy is cancelled in the free-look window. That gap is where an agency’s money quietly leaks — and it is the whole reason this exists.
Expected → received → short → disputed, per policy and per component. Receipts only ever move through statement matching, never by someone typing a number.
When you sign off a period, its rows become immutable at the database level. Corrections are reversal entries, the way accounts are meant to work.
Commission components, rate cards, clawback windows, share rules and permissions are all your configuration. We ship no hard-coded percentages.
Everything in one place
Every policy's renewal date, bucketed 60/30/15/7/1 day out, with WhatsApp reminders that fire on their own. The screen that pays for the software.
Component-wise rate cards per insurer and plan — first year, renewal, OD, TP, reward. Earnings post the moment a policy is saved, not when the insurer gets round to it.
Import the payout statement, auto-match against what you expected, and see exactly what is short, missing or disputed before you sign the period off.
Share rules per agent, hierarchy overrides, TDS 194D, clawback recovery and carry-forward — then a bank sheet and a payslip for each of them.
Every enquiry in one worklist, scored and sorted, with the follow-up date attached. See which sources actually convert and what each one costs you — not just how many calls you made.
Intimation to settlement with stage tracking, insurer query dates and an SLA clock, so the customer hears it from you first.
One click sends a payment link on WhatsApp. When the customer pays, the renewal marks itself received.
Reimbursement claims to insurers, GST invoices with a proper series, expenses, agent ledgers and a trial balance that actually balances.
Import your existing register — policies, customers, agents — mapped column by column, with a dry run you can throw away before anything is saved.
Pricing
No card needed to start.
The offer covers your first year. After that it renews at ₹23,600 a year including GST for three users. We would rather you knew that now than found out on the second invoice.
A flat fee, never a share of your commission. What you earn from an insurer is between you and them.
Prices in Indian rupees, GST extra at 18%. Cancel whenever — your data exports to Excel on the way out.
Questions
Both. A single agent runs the same software as a multi-branch IMF — you just switch on fewer modules. Sub-agent hierarchies, share rules and branch scoping are there when you grow into them.
Yes. The import wizard reads your current export, maps the columns (it recognises the common formats automatically), shows you a dry run with every warning, and lets you roll the whole batch back for seven days if it does not look right.
Whoever you decide. Permissions are per module and per action, with record scoping down to own / team / branch / whole firm. A sub-agent sees their own book and their own earnings, and nothing else.
Every tenant's data is isolated at the database level, not just in application code. Aadhaar and bank details are encrypted at rest, exports are audit-logged, and the whole system is built to the DPDP Act's expectations.
No. It is a flat subscription. What you earn is yours — we never sit between you and the insurer.
